Saudi Arabia — mandatory vaccination effective 10 FEB 2025.

Dear all trade partners, greetings from KamAir. All passengers arriving or transiting to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia must follow the below health guidelines. Government of Saudi Arabia announced that holders of Umrah visas, or those intending to perform Umrah regardless of visa type must receive the required mandatory vaccination effective 10 FEB 2025.

  1. 1Passengers must present a vaccination certificate for oral polio vaccine issued at least (4) weeks prior to arrival and not exceeding (6) months
  2. 2Or vaccination certificate for inactivated a polio vaccine issued at least (4) weeks prior to arrival and not exceeding (12) months.
  3. 3Transiting through Afghanistan provided that the transit time does not exceed (12) hours, and they do not leave the transit area.
  4. 4Passengers transiting through the KSA from the Afghanistan, provided they do not leave the transit area within (12) hours.
  5. 5For the Umrah passengers they must hold vaccine card of Quadrivalent Neisseria Meningitis ether with a Polysaccharide or Conjugated type
  6. 6Passengers must hold a vaccination certificate issued at least 10 days prior to travel and not more than 3 years for the Polysaccharide type, or 5 years for the Conjugated type.

Children under the age of 1 year are exempt from the Meningococcal Vaccine.
